Recently exploring the art of passementerie - I’m drawn to the intricate detail and rich decorative history. I wanted to incorporate this into my weaving practice, so I have created a series of decorative pieces that allow passementerie to become both a focal point and an embellishment.

Weaving for me, is a way of connecting deeply with materials, process and purpose - to create something that is unique and interesting for any interior.
